Dental Insurance and Payment Options
Iowa Endodontics is dedicated to providing the best care and compassionate service to our patients. We understand that knowing the cost involved with endodontic treatment is also important. We do our best to give you an estimated cost of your endodontic care based on the information we have received from you and your family dentist even before you arrive at our office. This estimated payment (co-payment for those with insurance) is required to be paid at your visit and may change after you see the doctor depending upon the findings of the exam.
If you have dental insurance, we will estimate your portion (co-payment) which will be your required payment on that day of your visit. As a courtesy, we will file your claim provide that we have a copy of your insurance card. There may be times when you have a remaining balance after your insurance carrier has paid their portion. You will receive a statement from our office in these situations.
If we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier within 60 days, you will receive a statement from us in the mail. You are then responsible for payment of your fees and collection of your benefits directly from your insurance carrier. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Knowing your insurance benefits, including any waiting periods, limits, and exclusions helps to reduce confusion in the ever changing world of insurance.
